Track Negative Feedback with Email Alerts

Browser notifications have proved to be a powerful tool for helping team leaders keep on top of negative feedback.

Based on the success of this feature, we are now rolling out email alerts. Through these alerts, team leaders can be notified via email every time one of their team members receives a piece of negative feedback. Alerts can be configured to notify team leaders of one star responses, or to include all one, two and three star responses.

Email alerts are only available for team leaders that directly manage team members since they are typically best equipped to handle these as well as to limit the number of emails any single person would get.

To configure email alerts, simply click the icon next to ‘filter responses’ in your stream
