QA Data Return API: Field Descriptions

Below you will find the Attribute descriptions found in the Data Return API. 

Attribute	Type	Description
uuid	string	The universal unique identifier for this review
interaction_id	string	The client supplied external interaction id from the originating system (crm, helpdesk, etc)
interaction_url	string	The external URL associated with the interaction from the original request
completed_at	UTC timestamp	The time the review was completed
count_toward_score	boolean	If this review was had an associated score
score	integer	% score of the review if counted toward score
autofailed	boolean	If this review was auto-failed
solicitation_id	string	The universal unique id of the associated solicitation for the review
sequence_id	integer	The sequence id of the review
name	string	Scorecard name associated with the review
archived_at	UTC timestamp	Archived date of the scorecard associated with the review, if applicable
custom_id	string	The client supplied custom id of the reviewed employee
email	string	Email address of the reviewed employee
first_name	string	First name of the reviewed employee
last_name	string	Last name of the reviewed employee
custom_id	string	The client supplied custom id of the reviewed employee’s team leader
email	string	Email address of the reviewed employee’s team leader
first_name	string	First name of the reviewed employee’s team leader
last_name	string	Last name of the reviewed employee’s team leader
custom_id	string	The client supplied custom id of the reviewer employee
email	string	Email address of the reviewer employee
