1:1 Meeting Management
1:1 meetings can be a cumbersome and sometimes even daunting process. So often, 1:1s are scattered across emails, spreadsheets, and different folders. Team leaders sometimes spend hours preparing and documenting their 1:1s and there are no easy ways for team members to contribute to their own growth.
1:1 Meetings should be motivational and action-oriented. That’s why we designed Stella Connect 1:1s 2.0, a tool directly in the Connect platform that takes coaching to a whole new level.
How It Works
- Stella Connect 1:1s tool provides a centralized location for all of your 1:1 meetings so it’s easy for everyone to find exactly what they are looking for quickly and easily.
- Easily and quickly prepare your agenda using context such as feedback, QA reviews, metrics and attachments. This includes items saved by team members to help team leaders guide their coaching.
- Create an action plan that is visible and trackable to both the agent and the team lead.
- Give kudos for a job well done, encouraging positive reinforcement and celebration of wins.
Key Benefits for Your Team
- Team leaders can find all of their coaching sessions in one place, so they never have to spend time looking for the right session.
- We’ve made it easy to reference and add crucial metrics right within the 1:1 feature, providing a one-stop-shop to the coaching experience.
- Kudos serve as a reminder to give team members positive reinforcement for a job well done.
- Team leaders and team members have the ability to share notes before a 1:1 session to help everyone be better prepared, making 1:1 meetings more productive overall.
- Team members can view actions and kudos directly on the stream to keep them top of mind.
- For clients with BPOs, our 1:1 feature allows you to get an inside view into how 1:1s are going at the BPO.
