Within the Company Info tile, you will find what you need to set your basic company settings. Your company name, User Login URL, an email subject suffix lives here. We will break down each setting below.
Company
Company Name: The name that best represents your company. Shown in surveys and throughout the account.
User Login URL: This is the web address that your users will login to and that customers will see in their emails (subdomain@stellaconnect.net.) IF this needs to be changed, please contact us.
Forward Email to: Should a customer reply directly to the feedback email instead of leaving a star rating, that email can be forwarded to this address.
Email subject suffix: Note: "from" will always be prefixed to the email subject suffix even if its not a part of the subject suffix.
Suppression Period: This designates a period of time where additional surveys will be suppressed on one individual customer email (per brand). For example, if you don't want to survey a customer on more than once in a day, you would put "1 day" in the suppression period. This helps avoid a survey to be sent on a multiple-solve interaction.
Channels
Here you can pick the channels that you plan to use Stella Connect for. Once a channel is active, you'll be able to customize the customer experience for that channel within your Survey Builder, and evaluate performance across all of these channels.
If you set up custom channels during your implementation, they will also appear here.
Metrics
Here you can select the specific metrics that will be visible for all users of Stella Connect for each specific feature or product. You can choose from our default metrics or any custom question metrics if you have them.
Star Rating: The average star rating from customer surveys
Percent Five Star: The percentage of survey responses that are 5 stars specifically
Percent Positive: The percentage of survey responses with a positive review (either 4 or 5 stars)
Percent Negative: The percentage of survey responses with negative review (either 1, 2, or 3 stars)
Response Rate: The percentage of surveys that were responded to
Branding
In this section you can manage your company branding within your Stella Connect account.
Company Logo: This is the logo that will appear at the top of your sent surveys to customers
*Logos should be uploaded in horizontal format for best layout. We will resize so the logo fits on all screen sizes. Please upload logo with transparent or white background, at least 400px wide and 100px tall. Most image file types are accepted.
Brand Color: This color will be used in the feedback flow your customer sees. Color must be provided in a hex color value and must start with "#"
