Reviewing Your Team's Profiles

As well as uploading your own profile, you’ll also need to review the profiles for each of your team members.

You’ll do this through the ‘Manage Team’ page in the Settings section. You’ll be able to see each of your team members as well as their current status:

Active: Agents who have signed in and had their profile approved – these agents are ready to send Stella Connect feedback requests.

Pending Review: Agents who have signed in and submitted their profile – you need to review and approve these profiles before the agent can send Stella Connect requests.

Confirmed: Agents who have signed into Stella Connect but haven’t completed their profile – worth giving them a nudge to remind them to get started.

Blank: Agents who have never signed into Stella Connect – get in touch and tell them they’re late to the party!

Unapproved: The agent's profile is not valid and is missing some information.
